The owner was very accommodating, however her secretary was questionable. I went there to tan. After my first visit, the owner was not present and the secretary had left her brother standing in front of the establishment 'watching out' for incoming customers. I had to wait outside the salon for 8 minutes while the secretary returned. When she finally returned she made a call from her cell phone before opening the door. Service during subsequent visits were also poor. She didn't check the records properly and after waiting 10 minutes I had someone run upstairs twice to remind her to turn the bed on. After going up the second time, the secretary turned on the wrong bed.
Luckily the owner was understanding, and allowed for a partial refund. My advice: only get a haircut there.
