Guys give this place a second chance. Rudy just recently passed away he was in his 90's. If you was in your 90's you might be a lil on the grouchy side also and maybe a lil forgetful. I was up there on august 18th the young man that is running it now has a lot to deal with. On that present day Denver was having their annual summer get-together and there also was a golf tournament going on . He told me he had 200carts out for these doings. Don't you think he had a lil stress going on . Anyway I requested a rearend for my golf cart and within 30 min he had it out . And might I add at a reasonable price. Keep up the good work lil feller you got some big shoes to fill. You have my business .
A friend recommended Rudys. We went up ready to buy-we weren't sure if we wanted new or used. Initially, Rudy was friendly, though forgetful-he quoted different prices for the same cart. Quickly, Rudy became irritated that anyone would question his prices-or even try to understand them. He has prices on some carts and not others. There was no rhyme or reason to his prices. He pointed us to one particular cart and when we asked about a different one, he became agitated and said, "What's wrong with the one I showed you!" I'll spare you all the details, but Rudy was disrespectful. Given his age, I treated him with respect during the entire encounter, even after he became so rude. I get that he has a net worth of 10 million dollars and doesn't need to make a sale to me. There is no reason to be rude and disrespectful to a customer who is trying to work with you in good faith. Interestingly, I went to another dealer after that who said this isn't unusual behavior for Rudy. Save your time and don't go here.
